Microphone assembly for a vehicular hands-free device and vehicular hands-free device

The microphone assembly has a guide and a microphone unit (32), where the microphone unit can be reversibly moved between a retracted and a deployed position. The microphone unit is switched to a communications mode by being deployed and the communications mode is switched off when the unit is retracted. An Independent claim is also included for a vehicle hands-free unit with an inventive microphone unit.
