Screw jack

An additional safety nut (8) which can not be rotated relative to the inner sleeve (2) is mounted on the spindle (5). The jack comprises a height adjustable telescopic support (3) with an outer sleeve (1) and an inner sleeve. A spindle inside the jack is operated by a drive device and cooperates with a spindle nut (6) engaged with the inner sleeve.
