The device has stress resistant toothed belt (10) whose inner side consists of toothings (16) complementary to toothing (17) of pinion (12) located at center of front frame (1). The belt is displaced along specific direction by movement of a cover connected to guide components. The belt is deflected about a deflection roller, when the belt partially wraps around pinion at wrap angle of 180degrees. A common electric gear motor is provided for the toothed belts such that the motor is connected via two drive shafts with the two rotatable toothed pinions in each case via an angular gear arrangement.
