An occupant restraint belt assembly

An occupant restraint belt assembly having an occupant restraint belt 10 for use with a seat 12 of a motor vehicle has an inflatable section 14 having a deflated condition and an inflated condition. When in the inflated condition the occupant restraint belt 10 assumes a deployed position in which the occupant restraint belt 10 is in a position making it easy for a seat occupant to see and grasp the occupant restraint belt 10 in order to fasten it.
