A first contoured surface (42) on a lower end of a post surrounding sleeve fixed to the support structure engages a complementary second contoured surface (43) on an upper surface of a ring (43') which is fixed to the pivot post (60) by means of a pin (92) which is situated in aligned radial holes (62, 91) in the pivot post and the ring (43'). A spring (44) restrained by a reaction washer (45) urges the contoured surfaces (42, 43) against each other.",
