An articulating window assembly (10) is adapted for use with a support structure. The assembly (10) includes a windowpane (11) with an inner surface (13). A hinge (20) is adjacent to the inner surface. The hinge (20) includes a cylindrical member (21) having a pivot axis (22) and a stud member (25) attached to the cylindrical member (21). A polymeric member (35) surrounding at least a portion of the hinge member (20) so as to permit, the hinge member (20) to articulate about the pivot axis (22).
