Air filter and air circulation system for a motor vehicle comprising the air filter

The filter, e.g. for a motor vehicle air conditioning or ventilation system, consists of a frame (12) with a filter element (14) that fits into a slot. The frame has a seal for the slot opening formed by its end wall (12P), to which a rigid element (22) is attached. The rigid element has a clamp (30) engaging with a projecting tab (28) on the frame end used to withdraw the filter.
