"textContent": "The sheet is mounted, flat, in a frame. On one surface, it has a peripheral region coated by non-polymerized sealant. The sealant is formed and polymerized in a vulcanization mold. The sheet is clamped at its side edges in the frame and the liquid sealant is coated onto its peripheral surfaces. The assembly is inserted into the vulcanization mold cavity for pressure and temperature treatment. This forms the sealing profile on both surfaces. The finished frame, sheet and sealing profile are extracted together from the mold. During production, having turned the frame on the machine table, the coating unit is centered, for precisely opposite coating of sealant onto the surfaces, as an essentially closed bead. Setting up and coating take about the same time as molding and extraction, the cycle for each lasting less than one minute. The same sealant is used on each side. Following turning, the frame is centered in the cavity.",
