A sun visor has a mirror (15) and a mirror cover in the form of a slider (16) that engages into a grooved guiding device (17) with its two edges (19) running in a sliding direction and has spring elements (23) on one of these edges, which have a V-shape along with the grooved guiding devices. The edge (19) with spring elements has recesses each with a recess base and a pocket-like cavity (22) emerging from the bottom of a recess to hold a spring element.
