An electronic apparatus (100) includes: a front panel (1) provided at a front surface of apparatus main body (2); and a holding mechanism that detachably holds the front panel (1) against the apparatus main body (2). The holding mechanism has engaging member (10) formed in one of the front panel (1) and the apparatus main body (2) and engaged member (30) formed in the other of the front panel (1) and the apparatus main body (2), and the engaging member (10) and the engaged member (30) are each provided with a connection terminal (32b,33b) so that the engaged member (30) is engaged with the engaging member (10) to electrically connect the front panel (1) and the apparatus main body (2) together via the connection terminal (32b,33b).
