The fuel, returned through a return conduit (101) to a fuel tank (1), comes into contact with the outer side wall surface of a filter case (53), so that the filter case is wetted by the returned fuel. Therefore, the static electricity charged in the filter case (53) can be released through the returned fuel into the fuel stored in the fuel tank.
