The roof lining and air duct system for large vehicles comprises mounting profiles (12, 13) attached to the bodywork where the roof (7) meets the side wall (8). Cladding profiles (9, 10) are attached to these so that they overlap with a small gap (15). The upper profile is mounted so that there is a second gap (16) between its upper end and the roof and an air duct (17) is formed between the two.
