A miniaturized solid-oxide fuel cell

A miniaturized solid-oxide fuel cell 12, 32 and process for making the same are disclosed. The fuel cell 12,32 contains an electrolyte material 6,26, electrodes 4,24;8,28, and interconnects 2,22; 10,30. Manifolds can be placed either within the electrodes 4,24;8,28 or within the interconnects 2,22;10,30.
