"textContent": "A vehicle suspension apparatus includes an axle which comprises a pair of trailing arms and a transverse beam (12). Resilient bushings connect the forward ends of the trailing arms to the vehicle superstructure (26). A linkage mechanism connects the beam (12) to the superstructure (26). Under force causing lateral displacement of the axle, the linkage mechanism induces a moment on the beam (12) to counteract the oversteer tendency due to the lateral displacement of the axle. The linkage mechanism includes a link (62) having at one end a first pivotal connection (64, 70, 72) with the vehicle superstructure (26), the link (62) having at its opposite end a second pivotal connection with an intermediate portion of the beam (12). The first pivotal connection comprises a resilient bushing (70), including an elastic body, and a bracket (64) which is attached to the vehicle superstructure (26) and which includes a heat insulating structure to protect the elastic body against heat damage, e.g. due to heat from an exhaust pipe (30).",
