The bush (2a) and a bush (2c) are press-fitted into a top aperture and a bottom aperture of a bush-attaching hole (11) in a cross-member, respectively. When the bushes (2a, 2c) are press-fitted, there exists a predetermined clearance between the inner member (22a, 22c). For fixing the cross-member to the body (3), a stud (42) is inserted through the respective through holes (224a, 224c), and a nut (41) is fitted onto the stud (42) and screwed until the inner members abut on each other.",
