A first housing part (2.1) having different flanges is arranged on a base housing (14) formed as an injection molded component and receiving the throttle valve, and a further housing part (33) is mounted to move on the base housing. The second housing part modifies the air feed. Preferred Features: The first and second housing parts are made from plastic injection molded parts or from metallic material. A hot film air mass measuring component is integrated into the first housing part. The first housing part has guiding sleeves (7) which extend from a plate-like section (6) parallel to the flow direction of the air stream through a flow cross-section (5).",
