Heat exchanger and housing like support for heat exchanger
DRIVE
March 26, 2003
The system with a heat exchanger (10), particularly a radiator for a road vehicle, involves a housing-type retainer (12) for the heat exchanger with an aperture (14) through which the heat exchanger is insertable. The heat exchanger has a closure surface (16), which closes the aperture after the heat exchanger has been inserted. The closure surface has a surface normal (18), which after the insertion of the heat exchanger extends vertically to a gun through flow direction (20), in which the heat exchanger in operation for cooling a coolant medium (22) has a gas flowing through it. The heat exchanger has inlet (24) and outlet coolant medium connections. These connections are arranged on or in the closure surface and/or penetrate through it.
