In the housing are holes (24) for its fixture and the common shaft is bent to pass around at least one fixture hole. The bend (32) in the shaft is U-shaped. The common shaft on both sides of the bend is located in the housing part, particularly in plastic bearing shells (34). The shutters within an air suction channel are of the tumble or throttle type.",
