  "textContent": "The invention relates to a control system for driving a power take-off shaft on a land vehicle. This control system is intended to enable optimal starting and stopping of the power take-off shaft as well as its operation with a wide variety of work implements. The rotational speed of the power take-off shaft should be continuously variable and adjustable independently of the engine speed. All components should be subject to only minimal wear, require little maintenance, and be producible with relatively little effort. This is achieved by arranging a CVT transmission (4) in the drive train of the land vehicle between its engine (2) and the power take-off shaft (1), which transmission is connected to a control unit (10) with a processor (11) for receiving its output signals. To generate these output signals, the control unit (10) is connected via input lines with switches, regulators, sensors, actuators, etc. for acquiring machine-specific values of the land vehicle as well as a work implement operated by it.",
