Door module for a modular vehicle door

The modular door (1) for a motor vehicle has a component module (4) housing with premounted mechanical or electrical functional components (14,16) such as switches or handles. The door frame (2) has a separating wall for dry and moist chambers with connectors (20) for components within the moist area and the frame. The connectors are self aligning when the door is assembled.
