A valve (68) is positioned in association with the wastegate conduit (64, 66) for controlling flow through the wastegate conduit (64, 66). A compressor is coupled with and rotatably driven by the two stage turbine (20). The controllable wastegate conduit (64, 66) provides effective control of the power input to the compressor.",
