A wheel cover 12 is disclosed. The wheel cover 12 reduces the drag and operating temperatures of a tire/wheel arrangement. The wheel cover 12 includes an exhaust port 18, a bridge section 14 located over the exhaust port 18, and a pressure sensor arrangement disposed on the bridge section 14.
