The present invention relates to an openable vehicle roof with an at least partially transparent front closing element (10) and a rear closing element (12) lying behind it in the direction of travel, which is at least partially transparent, for closing a roof opening (14), wherein the front closing element (10) can be slid rearward under the rear closing element (12) in order to at least partially expose the roof opening. Below the rear closing element (12), an at least partially transparent fixed element (18) is arranged, wherein the front closing element (10) in its position slid rearward under the rear closing element (12) lies between the fixed element (18) and the rear closing element (12).
