A clutch control apparatus is provided with a flywheel (10a) integrally rotated with an output shaft (10b) of an internal combustion engine (10), and a clutch disc (21a) integrally rotated with an input shaft (30) of a transmission (31). A slip amount between the flywheel (10a) and the clutch disc (21a) is continuously controlled under the condition that the flywheel (10a) and the clutch disc (21a) are rotated in sync when a rotational number (Ne) of the output shaft (21a) of the internal combustion engine (10) is smaller than a predetermined rotational number (NA).
