Method for estimating power battery parameters of an electric motor vehicle

The hybrid vehicle has an internal combustion engine (10), an electric motor, alternator (14), rectifier (16), main power battery (12), direct current convertor (20) and services battery (18). The charge/discharge power of the battery is calculated taking into account the electromotive force available from tables at various charge levels and the measured internal resistance corrected for charge and temperature. Overcharge/undercharge are similarly found.
