Rotary valve arrangement for the charge control of an internal combustion engine

A roller slide (4) has a central passage channel (6) and a slide ring (9), which partially defines an intake channel (8). When the passage channel opens the intake channel, the slide ring is lifted off the outer contour (10) of the rotary slide by a spring (12). The slide ring is located in a stepped bore (7) in a housing (3), and is supported on the smaller bore section (7'). The ring has a radial flange (13) in the larger bore section (7''). The spring is located between the step (14) of the bore and the flange.
