Vehicle compartment covering

The paneling system for an aircraft comprises front panels (22) with transverse bars (38) at each end. Back panels (24) are attached to these by hooks (42, 44) which fit over the ends of the bars. An Independent claim is included for attaching a compensating panel to a front panel as described above.
