Synchronization device for machines for laying cables, such as for example conductors, optical fibres, ropes or suchlike, and cable laying machine adopting said device

Synchronization device for laying machines (12, 13) for laying cables (11), such as electric conductors, optical fibres, ropes or suchlike; the machines (12, 13) comprise laying means consisting of at least a pair of capstans (14) combined and associated with respective drive members (15). The capstans (14) are able to simultaneously lay at least two of the cables (11). The synchronization device comprises means (20) to automatically adjust the rotation speed of the capstans (14) so as to maintain the unwinding speed of the two cables (11) substantially equal during the laying step.
