A device for adjusting the position of a pedal of a vehicle comprises a pedal (1) with a lower end and an upper end (5, 7), a lever (23) with a first and a second end (21, 25) and a stem (15) for connecting the upper end (17) of the pedal (1) and the first end (21) of the lever (23) through two pins (17, 19). A control member (29) of a control device of the vehicle is connected to the second end (25) of the lever (21). A screw (47) for moving the pedal (1) with respect to the lever (23) is connected to the pedal (1) and to the lever (21) in correspondence of the fulcra (9, 33) of the pedal (1) and the lever (23), which are interposed between their opposite ends (5, 7, 21, 25). The screw (47) is rotatably mounted with respect to a guide structure (39) so that its rotation causes a movement of the fulcra (9, 33) of the pedal (1) and the lever (23) in the same direction, the amount of the movement of the fulcrum (9) of the pedal (1) being greater than the amount of the movement of the fulcrum (33) of lever (23).
