Open roof construction for a vehicle

Roof construction for a vehicle comprises a roof opening closed by a moving closing organ and a sealing organ extending along the periphery of the roof opening and guaranteeing a liquid-tight seal between the closing organ and the edge (1) of the roof opening when the closing organ is closed. A channel (8) extending along the periphery of the roof opening on the under side of the roof protrudes into the edge of the roof opening. At least one outlet (9) is connected to the channel. Preferred Features: The channel is provided with a series of outlets in the corners of the roof opening.
