The apparatus has a piezoelectric element for outputting an acoustic signal. It also has an alternating voltage unit (V) for outputting an alternating voltage which is supplied to the piezoelectric element. A voltage detection element (E) detects a voltage generated by the piezo element. A convertor (PE) converts the detected voltage into acceleration information about the apparatus.
