The arrangement has an LC resonant circuit (1) as a measurement transducer, an oscillator (2) for stimulating the resonant circuit, a tuner (3) for frequency tuning of the oscillator and a measurement and evaluation circuit (4) for detecting the damping state of the oscillator and providing a signal proportional to the level of moisture in the transducer. The measurement transducer and the oscillator have a contactless energy coupling.
