Pipe construction kit for air conditioners and method of manufacturing a pipe construction kit

Conduit unit (L) for air conditioning systems comprises a section (A) of an elastomer hose (S) not permeable by a refrigerating medium, and at least one pressure resistant fiber cover element (F) impregnated with a hardenable plastic material (K). The purpose of this plastic material is to maintain the required bent shape of the conduit unit. An Independent claim is also included for a method of producing a conduit unit comprising bending the unit into the required shape and impregnating the initially flexible cover element with a hardenable plastic material.
