Safety belt fastening arrangement

The fixing device has a holding part (7) for a functional part on the belt, a lockable element (5) pivoted to the seat and a deformation member (9) bendable by force from the belt to lock the lockable element. The deformation member is elastic and is held in a holding pocket (10) fixed to the vehicle seat. The pivot point is inside the holding pocket.. A turning lever (8) connected to the deformation member controls the lockable element.
