Convertible vehicle with at least one flexible roof part

The flexible roof area (4) has a cover stretched over rigid supports (7,8) inbetween frame supports (5,6) at the sides of the vehicle. At least a part of the supports run in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The supports each include at least one articulated joint (12a,12b, 12c) so that the roof can be folded around these joints.
