"textContent": "A cup (16) has a center passage (70) to which a stick (12) extends so that the cup is supported on the stick for axial rotation between a preliminary position and a working position. The shelf engaging surface of the cup is in contact with a shelf (44) to enable a spring (18) to apply force to the shelf when the cup is in the preliminary position, otherwise, the spring applies the force to a gasket (14). The cap assembly (10) includes the stick extending from a reservoir cap (20) along a stick axis (36) transverse to a cap gasket surface (26). The shelf is provided on the stick in an axial spaced relation with the cap gasket surface. The gasket is provided about the stick in contact with the cap gasket surface. An independent claim is also included for a reservoir cap assembling method.",
