The casing has a slit like opening (4) with a plurality of guide vanes (5), and a connector pipe (8) that extends into the cavity inside the second longitudinal portion. The ribs are parallel to the connector pipe and are so positioned that each one occupies only part of the casing first and second longitudinal portions. The diaphragms have length smaller than that of the casing and face the slit like opening only for a limited stretch.",
