Pendulum support for a motor vehicle sub-unit

The pendulum support comprises a support arm (2) connected by first (3) and second (4) bearings respectively to a unit in the motor vehicle and to the vehicle's body or frame. The body or frame-side second bearing (4) is constructed as a split bearing with two bearing cores (10) and at least one outer race (9). The support arm is supported on the second bearing via the bearing cores and a vibration damping component (11) bears against the bearing outer race.
