Device for the storage of a snow chain

Device for storing a snow chain (4) for a wheel arrangement (2) of a motor vehicle. The device relates particularly to a twin axle wheel arrangement of a lorry or goods vehicle. The device comprises a winding roller (5) with an axis essentially parallel to the wheel axles around which the snow chain wound or from which it is unwound.
