A supporting structure of a sub-frame (10) for a suspension system contains a body frame (1), a sub-frame (10), elastic bushings (30,40), each having an inner cylinder (31) having a lower edge. And an outer cylinder (32) and an elastic member (33) are interposed between the inner (31) and outer cylinders (32). The sub-frame (10) is supported on the body frame via the elastic bushings (30,40), at least one first stay (50) extends along the body frame, and at least one second stay (60) extends along the body frame in a different direction from the first stay (50). Both ends of each of the first and second stays respectively are supported on the lower edge ofthe inner cylinder and the body frame.
