The two castors (1) are swivel-mounted on vertical swivel-axles (2) each of which forms the vertical axle of a hollow cylinder fixed to the chassis (3). Each castor is swivel mounted by a bearing sleeve (5). A piston inside the hollow cylinder has a stopper-surface on its bottom end, and, at the top end, has a cam pivot mounted on a cam-shaft axle (15) inside a cam-housing (20) and connected to a cam body. The piston moves between a top and bottom position causing the cam body to turn on the cam-shaft axle by 180 degrees,
