Fluid control valve

The device has a piezo-actuator, a hydraulic converter with two pistons, a pressure chamber filled with fluid, a control valve and a filling device for replacing fluid lost by leakage in the pressure chamber. The filling device has a filling chamber filled with fluid; pressure chamber leakage losses during hydraulic converter restoring movement resulting from a displacement effect of the first piston are replaced by fluid from the filling chamber. The device has a piezo-actuator (2), a hydraulic converter (3) with first and second pistons (4,5), a pressure chamber (6) between the pistons filled with fluid, a control valve (15) and a filling device (11,12) for replacing the fluid lost by leakage in the pressure chamber. The filling device has a filling chamber (11) filled with fluid, whereby leakage losses in the pressure chamber during restoring movement of the hydraulic converter resulting from a displacement effect of the first piston are replaced by fluid from the filling chamber.
