A system is provided comprising a mobile device (101) having a clock means (111), a chargeable battery (115) and connecting means (114) for connecting the mobile device (101) to a charging device (102) which provides means for charging a battery of the mobile device (101) and comprises a receiving means (120) for receiving a radioed time signal, a retrieving means (121) for retrieving a time information from the received radioed time signal, and a control means (122) for controlling the transmission of the time information to the mobile device when being in contact with the mobile device, which comprises a receiving means (113) for receiving a time signal from a charging device when the mobile device is in contact with the charging device, and an adjusting means for adjusting the clock means according to a time information of the time signal.
