Front bonnet for a vehicle

The front flap fitting has a mechanism (21) to return it from the raised position to the initial closed position. In addition to the hinge (2) for normal opening and closing, this mechanism provides a further pivoting arrangement lining the flap (1) to the bodywork at its rear edge (26). The section of the flap between this and the front edge (27) acts as a lever for the return mechanism.
