In the head lamp, the movable reflector (6) can be rotated in the direction in which the steering wheel is rotated. The rotary axis (R) of the movable reflector (6) is backward offset from the center (4a) of the light source (4). As a result, the rotating end section of the light distribution pattern moves upward when the movable reflector (6) rotates.
