System and method for perfoming electronic triage of a turbine part and for carrying out a turbine part repair

A system and method are described for performing electronic triage of a turbine part. A triage storage unit (30) stores a variety of repair information. A repair triage application (34) facilitates the repair of the turbine part in accordance with the repair information stored in the triage storage unit (30). A computing unit (44) is configured to execute the repair triage application (34). A second computing unit (50) is configured to serve the triage storage unit (30) and the repair triage application (34) to the first computing unit (44) over a network (48). The invention also includes system and method components for carrying out the actual repair.
