A windscreen wiper device, in particular for a motor vehicle, is disclosed. It comprises a wiper arm (20) which includes at least an articulated part (28) and a fastening part (26), wherein the fastening part (26) is articulated to the articulated part (28) and is connected to the articulated part (28) by means of a pulling means (34). The fastening part (26) consists essentially of a profile with a base (42) and a lateral flank (40), wherein the pulling means (34) is fastened to the fastening part (26) at a tab (46) extending from the lateral flank (40).
