The present invention relates to a holding device for a mobile telecommunication means (10) for a wireless telecommunication system comprising a movable protecting means (5) for mechanical protecting the electrical contact (3) of the holding device (1), whereby the movable protecting means (5) comprises an aperture for the electrical contacts of the holding device. After inserting the mobile telecommunication means (10) into the holding device (1), the mobile telecommunication means (10) is pressed into a locked position, so that the electrical contact (3) is exposed by moving the protecting means (5). Thus, the electrical contact (3) of the holding device (1) is connected to the electrical contact (3) of the mobile telecommunication means (10).
