The tube has a first end (24) with a pump connection (14) oriented essentially at right angles to the main tube axis, and a second end (26) with an axial feed opening (16). A suction hole (28) covered with a filter fabric (30) is provided in the tube opposite the pump connection. The filter body is fixed to the tube in the desired angle position relative to it. The filter (1) includes a plastic filter fabric that completely encloses a plastic support used to keep opposing sides (8, 10) of the fabric spaced apart. A pump connection on the outside of the filter body is provided with a feed opening inside the filter body. The filter has a first section containing the pump connection and at least one further section at an angle to it.",
