Air outlet device for a vehicle, in particular for an aircraft

Air vent device for a motor vehicle comprises a nozzle body (40) with an air inlet opening (44) and an air outlet opening (46), a holding element (14) with a receiving opening (36) in which the nozzle body is rotatably positioned about a longitudinal axis (42), and a hollow valve body (68) coaxially arranged in the nozzle body and guided on the holding element. On rotation of the nozzle body the valve body is moved between a closed position blocking the air outlet opening and a maximum opening position opening the air outlet opening. Preferred Features: The valve body is provided with a covering part (76) on its closing end (74) facing the air outlet opening of the nozzle body.
